English for Business Entrepreneurship

English for Academic Purposes (EAP)

This is a free course for Business Entrepreneurship students on the Penryn campus whose first language is not English. It aims to develop your language skills, and focuses on the subject specific vocabulary, style and structure that you need for your assignments, e.g. the reports for Forming a Team (BE101) and Forming a Company (BE102). As part of the course students may also book tutorials for advice on individual pieces of work.

British Culture and Society

This course is open to all students and is an opportunity to learn more about aspects of Britsh culture and to share your experiences of living and studying in Cornwall.  The focus is on functional language and expressions for everyday life.
